These rates are effective August 7, 2006 and are valid for the remainder of the 2006 and 2007 rental season and the entire 2006 rental season. The rates are based on $US therefore £ GBP and € Euro rates may fluctuate. Rates are determined at time of booking and are guaranteed regardless of monetary exchange rate fluctuations between booking and occupancy. In addition there is a $150.00 refundable damage deposit required, which may also be secured with a valid credit card.
If you have won a week's rental on one of our auctions, payment is due in full within 7 days of auction close. There are no refunds for auction rentals, although if a date conflict arises, you may reschedule for an un-booked week.

Electric heating, all fuel and power, bed linen and towels included in rent. Other amenities include
color TV with built-in VCR that
plays both European and North American format VHS tapes (some movies available), radio, stereo,
microwave, terrace and outdoor furniture.
Off street parking is available in common parking area. Children are welcome (some toys provided). Sorry, no pets.
